Postdoctoral positions in long noncoding RNA biology

Shkumatava lab studies the biology of regulatory long noncoding RNAs. We are investigating the biological functions and molecular mechanisms of action of lncRNAs using zebrafish and mouse as in vivo models. In addition, we have developed novel methods to determine the cellular and molecular functions of lncRNAs. Moreover, our past and current projects have also been fostered by bioinformatics expertise of our collaborators and our own.

Postdoctoral candidates with a strong background in molecular biology, RNA biology, genomics, and/or with experience in working with zebrafish or embryonic stem cells are especially encouraged to apply.

Interested and highly motivated applicants should send their CV and brief description of research interests to alena.shkumatava@curie.fr
